embellishment

it does feel small. i never thought i'd shrink down to size zero, never. because of distance, or rather adjustment - series of life-turning events - i failed to even climb up to size two. although there has been increment seen in the graphical structure of food consumption. but then again, when have i ever not eat?

it does feel small. especially that Hariz keeps equating me to a certain mammal. a very petite mammal, really. albeit physically speaking, i felt even smaller when i skimmed through the poetry packet. the class is assigned to analyze 20 poems worth of amateur poets. that is to include me. such bourgeoise feeling - the proclamation of poet. yet it doesn't alter the small feeling as my thoughts fumble with my fingers and began noting down constructive criticism, as instructed.

it does feel small. i read with amazement. there was a silent jealousy giggled as i delve myself into their horizon of thoughts. within this escapism, i paused and let my eyes wander. they were then directed to three kids sitting next to each other, resting their back against the wall. they seem to be so engrossed with their reading. i had to take a snapshot. so i did. i must've looked silly with the grin i had while staring at them. they disappeared though, before i could push the lost-in-thoughts button. well i mustn't. two more poems pended to be read and i need to finish up before getting lost in the space of mathematical proofs. an entirely different lost-in-thoughts. bummer.
