anaphoric list

she was inadvertent in her atypical manner when she sighed. the weather didn't agree with her. aftermath of that argument, the town was hit with its worse ever snow storm. so i shot Aida a look and told her to zip up before she began blabbing about the weather. Aida. even the weather has to follow her flow.

of course the euphoric moment of browsing the university homepage is when my eyes were glued on the announcement box. what more way to celebrate the sudden wash of white flurries carpeting the whole town overnight than to stay in and snooze. the sight of young adults - so to give them a sophisticated judgment - sliding down the hill was unarguably entertaining. the mountain of snow literally stood up higher than my height. yet i went out the night it happened, braved through the twister-like blowing snow and triumphed my reach at the doorstep.

if your eyes are sharp enough, you could spot a snow fort and the street sign where i live in the picture. i did a little adjustment with the lighting just to give myself a warm feeling to the whole freezing experience when i look at it. i often just space out when i stand there, at the crossroad while waiting for the bus. not the traditional spacing out but rather conventional in the hope that there is substance in the empty set. i slept in half of the day. to give justice to the exaggeration of resting, i surrounded myself with a pen, a journal, a book and a circling thought.

i had to catch up with the journal entries. the blank sheets seem to have lost interest to get acquainted with the writer. excuse me but i signed up for the class a week later. anyhow, after four draft of poems, there is a friendly mutual understanding benefitted. now that the road is bustling back with raucous cars, sleeping in is no longer an option. just the flamboyant person to spice up the mundane scenery. my lovely Aida.
